The Lakewood Youth Commission has entered 2007 with a renewed purpose. Thanks to a contribution from The Gund Foundation, The Center for Community Solutions has been engaged to help with the YMP, but we need you!
The purpose of the Commission is to provide the community with the opportunity to come together to create a strategic plan that focuses on four areas: Health & Safety, Families, Education and Recreation. The Youth Master Plan will be used by the city, schools & youth-servicing organizations to plan for programs and services for youth and their families.
